All orders will be shipped within one business day.  Buyer will choose a shipping option.
All of our Certified Preowned phones are put through our 20 point testing process which includes the following:

 

PHONE CHECK SOFTWARE LIST:

  1. PLUG PHONE INTO CHARGING STATION. CONFIRM BATTERY STARTS CHARGING.
  2. CONFIRM BATTERY HOLDS A CHARGE AND HAS NOT OVER HEATED.
  3. CHECK FOR WATER MARKS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
  4. CONFIRM NO LIQUID DAMAGE VIA CHARGING PORT, SIM TRAY AND HEADPHONE JACK.
  5. CONFIRM HOUSING, LCD, FLIPS (WHERE APPLICABLE) ARE PROPERLY ALIGNED WITH NO CRACKS.
  6. TEST THAT THE POWER BUTTON WORKS PROPERLY (POWERS UP PHONE AND DEPRESSES).
  7. CHECK SIM CARD TRAY, INSERT CORRESPONDING SIM CARD, CHECK FOR FUNCTIONALITY.
  8. BYPASS ACTIVATION SET UP, CONFIRM NO LOCKS (ICLOUD, GOOGLE, ETC…).
  9. CONFIRM WIFI CONNECTIVITY.
  10. TEST THE LCD (DISPLAY) FOR ANY DISTORTION (LINES, MISSING PIXELS, FADING, BACK LIGHT, etc.).
  11. TEST ALL ASPECTS OF TOUCHSCREEN FOR PROPER FUNCTION.
  12. TEST ALL BUTTONS, SOFT KEYS, QWERTY KEY BOARD (KEY PAD WHERE APPLICABLE) VOLUME, VIBRATE, ETC… (MAKE SURE THAT THE BUTTONS PRESSED ARE DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN, FOR EXAMPLE: CAMERA, VOLUME, VOICE ACTIVATION BUTTONS etc.).
  13. MAKE A TEST CALL.
  14. CONFIRM SPEAKERS WORK (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL).
  15. CONFIRM ALL MICROPHONES WORK.
  16. TEST CAMERA, FRONT AND BACK, FOR FUNCTIONALITY.
  17. TEST VIDEO CAMERA FOR RECORD AND PLAYBACK.
  18. CONFIRM PHONE READS EXTERNAL MEMORY (SD CARD) WHERE APPLICABLE.
  19. CONFIRM INTERNAL ESN/IMEI MATCHES THE LABEL ON THE PHONE OR REAR HOUSING.
  20. IF ALL TESTS PASS. RESET THE PHONE TO CLEAR OUT CONTACTS, PICTURES, VIDEOS, TEXT MESSAGES, AND EMAILS. CLEAR OUT THE SD CARD (IF APPLICABLE).

 

PHONE CONDITION:

Phones may show signs of use with minor cosmetic blemishes, NO CRACKS or broken LCD’s.
We take pride in selling our customers fully function, clean devices.

 

WARRANTY:

All of our phones come with a 30 day warranty.    MYPHONEISGONE.COM, at its discretion, will either replace the phone or refund the original cost.  If the problem can’t be duplicated, a refund maybe requested with a 15% restocking fee.  All phones must be returned in its original condition along with the charger that was provided.  All phones must have the original IMEI/ESN that was sold to them.  All returns must be requested online @ https://myphonesgone.com/return-request/.    We will offer a replacement or refund for any unsatisfied customer for a period of 7 days.  If after the 7 days a return or replacement is requested, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
